Lower Level:

Bedroom suite with a califonia king bed and private bath with shower.

Main Level:

Living room with lots of seating, soaring ceiling and tall windows to bring in the view of the trees.

Kitchen and dining area has large windows to let in the sun and warmth. Dining table seats 8 easily. Kitchen is fully equiped with a Cuisinart drip coffee machine, Nespresso machine and more.  Enjoy your coffee on the deck off the dining room. Basic kitchen supplies are included for your convenience: coffee and hot chocolate, spices and condiments and cereals. Rates, Cancellations and Information

Rates and Cancellation Policy

Summer Rate (April 15-Oct 31)

$400 per night plus tax, three (3) night minimum. No other fees.

If you would like less than 3 nights, a $250 cleaning fee will be required.

Winter Rate (Nov 1-April 14)

$500 per night plus tax, with a three (3) night minimum. No other fees.

If you would like less than 3 nights, a $300 cleaning fee will be required.

For all Rates, a Summit County total lodging tax of 15.725%% will be added to the lodging amount.

Door Code for access will be provided the day before arrival.

 

Deposits, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

A deposit of 50% of total rental fee + lodging taxes (plus cleaning fee if applicable) is due within 7 days of booking. Booking is not considered “booked” until deposit is paid.

Remainder is due 7 days before rental.

Full refund if cancelled 1 month before rental.

Half of deposit refunded if cancelled before final payment due (between 1 month and 7 day).

No refund of deposit if cancelled within 7 days of rental.

No events allowed. Quiet hours are posted in the rental, from 10pm to 8am

Parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Pets

No pets allowed. (This is an HOA Requirement)

Parking

Maximum 4 cars permitted.

Smoking

No smoking is allowed. Absolutely NO Smoking or Vaping of any kind, inside or out, anywhere on the property, including patios, driveway, garage.

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

The pantry and cabinets contain some “essentials” for your stay, please feel free to use any items during your stay.

There are recreational bikes available in the garage, if you wish to use them please sign the waiver.
